The philosophy of Hillyard Technical Center is to provide the type of technical training that will be suitable to the individual and meet the needs of business and industry. Our purpose is to equip students, both secondary and adult, who participate in trade, technical, industrial, business, or health occupations training, to the degree of competency that will enable them to compete in the labor market for entry-type jobs or to become better trained in order to advance in their present jobs.
