12 Weeks to a Life Style Change

Everyone’s an expert when it comes to the best way to lose weight. If one fad diet doesn’t work, there are a hundred more to try. But why waste time and money on unproven, unsafe, fad diets? Wouldn’t it be better, safer and more effective to use a weight management system based on scientific research than trend-setting hype? The Life Style Change is a multifaceted approach to healthy living through low-glycemic eating, stress reduction and exercise. It’s time to make the transition to healthy living with the 12 week approach.

Beginning Harmonica
Fall Sem., Oct. 6, 2010
Wednesday, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. 6 sessions.

Learn to play “You Are My Sunshine” the first night of class. Handouts will include harmonica numbered sheet music, charts, techniques and much more. Bring your 10-hole diatonic harmonica in the Key of “C”.
