Computer Aided Drafting (CAD)

Computer graphics system operation and basic entity creation using AutoCAD, Solid Works and Mechanical Desktop. Use of commands and individualized instruction.

Intro to Computers

The purpose of this class is to familiarize the student with terminology and operations of computers. To reduce the stress levels and eliminate the “magic” ideas about computers. To show students areas of data processing that would be available through continued schooling.

Self-Paced Computer Class

Learn at your own pace. Instruction will be available for Microsoft Office 2007 software including: Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Keyboarding is available and other software may also be available upon request. Students purchase 3 sessions of instruction at a time. You choose what you want to learn. Want more? Purchase 3 more sessions.

Beginning Photo Story

Create slideshows using your digital photos. With a single click, you can touch-up, crop, or rotate pictures. Add soundtracks to your photo stories. Then, personalize them with titles and captions. Small file sized make it easy to send your photo stories in an e-mail. Watch them on your TV, a computer, or a Windows Mobile-based portable device.

Microsoft Movie Maker Fall Sem., Oct. 6, 2010
Spring Sem. April 6, 2011
Wednesday, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. 3 meetings

Start editing your own movie clips using Microsoft Movie Maker. You will learn to capture video, edit clips, add titles, effects, and transitions, add audio or music, and how to save and share your movies.
